The haystack is a mountain that throughout the length of the perimeter of its extension apart from the Shishtavec Plateau is intertwined by flowing water.
The Koritnik mountain is separated from the Vanima Gorge, which lies between the apple of Krasniqi in the northwest of Përbreg and the Belo river in the south-east where flows the Luma (the White Drin Branch in south-east of Kukës which originates from Mount Kallabak) while with Kolovoz mountain is separated from Reka e Topojanit which is one of the two branches of the River. To the south-east of Topojani begins the Stream of Kacë, the river branch of the River Thërrje (river alpine terrain, with little water flowing from Mount Ilija), whose bottom stream between the villages of Bicaj, Nangë and Bushat Sheikh of Bicaj is named in the Black Drin. (The name of this river is related to the victory of the horseman hunts against the Serbian invaders in 1912). Within the territory of Gjalica is also the Shtiçi Marsh, a pond of several ha. Deep 2.5 m, west of Gjalica on the right side of the old motorway road in Gostil-Bicaj, on the eastern shore of Lake Fierza. On the mountain of Gjalica are found water springs like springs and stones. Among them we can mention “Kroin Tanzot” and “Kroin i Kishes”, which are very close to Gjalica Mountain.
